What does our client get?
The client receives a list of the quantities of construction materials required for the project, such as the volume of concrete, area of plastering, area of paint, etc. Additionally, they receive a 3D model of their structure for visual assessment, which is hosted on a dedicated website and is constantly available for the client to view.

We work with various types of projects, ranging from small cottages to high-rise skyscrapers with underground parking, basements, excavations and landscaped surroundings. We also handle projects for shopping centers, schools, commercial facilities, and more.

About our workflow
in the first stage, we create a 3D model of the building based on your drawings (dwg, pdf, etc). In the second stage, using the created model, we develop the Bill of Quantities, which is a table containing data on the quantities of all materials that will be used for construction by the client.Our classes provide a gateway into the world of dance, connecting young people and communities to artistic practice. We also engage in a range of inspirational and high-quality participatory activities, both nationally and internationally.
The Bill of Quantities includes a list of materials, equipment, works and additional costs required for the implementation of the project. Unlike the Estimate or other price calculations, the Bill of Quantities does not contain data on the actual cost, but only determines the filling of the list of costs for further evaluation. Items in the Bill of Quantities have priority units of measure (inch, m, m², m³, kg, t, etc.) The development of the Bill of Quantities assumes that the design has been completed and the specifications have been developed in full for the selected design stage. In practice, the Statement is provided to contractors for filling in costs, thereby standardizing the format for issuing commercial proposals from participants. The bill of quantities simplifies the work of bidders in assessing the cost of construction work. The Bill of Quantities may also include additional cost items that need to be allocated separately in as part of a commercial offer from the participant.
